Question by _______: If Centralized law trumps State law every release time, at that time why does the U.S. Constitution have a Tenth Amendment?
The Tenth Amendment appears to imply the Centralized regime has a Restricted range of powers and that any power not especially delegated to the Centralized Govt. lies with the person State governments.

Did the 10th amendment get repealed or some thing?
