Do the words “faithfully do the laws” imply practically nothing to this chumpstain?

Finest answer:

Answer by Liddel
marijuana laws are just stupid. We as a nation have atrophied trillions fighting a war on drugs where the crimes are victimless.

We cannot afford to make criminals over prohibition.

The stretch 420 originated at San Rafael Distinguished School, in 1971, amongst a group of about a dozen pot-smokers. Question by Buzzy: Do the huge distillers & brewers help maintain pot illegal in the USA?
I saw that Willie Nelson was busted for smoking pot (yet again). I do not distress if it really is “the law”…in my opinion, it really is a stupid law. Is there any evidence to support my suspicion that the huge spirits distillers and brewers pay lobbyists to help retain marijuana from competing with their intoxicating bits and pieces? And for that matter, what about Large Tobacco?

I doubt that Marijuana would compete with alcohol if it was legalized. I don’t even reckon it would make a dent in their profit margin

Question by starfishblues: Why is marijuana legalization considered politically impractical?
When questioned a question about it at the other day’s Town Hall meeting, President Obama brushed the matter off as impractical and unimportant. It appears like marijuana legalization could help alot of public afflicted with chronic illness, not to mention it would promote the financial system. Guaranteed, health distress marijuana is legal in some states, but you typically have to exhaust every other key and get a particular license. Wouldn’t it just be a ration simpler to legalize it on the centralized stage for every person? Why or why not? What are your thoughts on the argument? Thank you.

anthony david…………”Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War changed all that.”

So the Tenth Amendment is null and void? At that time why is it nevertheless there?
GARF………”In the case of pot since we do not want to pay the future wellness expenses out of Medicare”

So at that time you really help banning cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and salt? Austerely since all these factors do specifically what you claim marijuana would do if legalized.
Miss Nancy…………So the Tenth Amendment was for aesthetic purposes? Seriously, why was it included if you claim it has no use whatsoever?
Senior officer……”Can you see a recession if that were obeyed? Not possible.”

There had been still recessions, they just weren’t virtually as severe as the boom/bush cycles we have now. Oh, and the centralized govt. couldn’t steal the wealth of the individuals via inflation.
