Well…he studied the law and the constitution to manipulate it, not uphold it. And the trafficking of MJ would be interfered with substantially if he upheld the border laws. (and no, he isn’t the first to do so–loads of including Bush refuse to enforce colonization laws) But Barry not only did Coke, he dealt it by his own admission. Criticize Rush all you want for the pill addictions people, but he isn’t an elected official. Right. In states everywhere the PEOPLE have said sick people shouldn’t suffer and starve, but should be allowed to use grass below doctor’s orders, Obama has said he won’t ignore those state-passed laws.
It’s simply untrue that “he” hasn’t enforced federal colonization laws — they’re being enforced all the time. Enforcing laws doesn’t mean those laws are never broken; enforcement is never 100% successful.

I reckon what he is really responsibility is trying to delight everyone while maintaining the previous status quo. He tells federal agents to back off of medical marijuana dispensaries, but refuses initiate repealing or changing the current federal marijuana laws. He tells the military to back off of dont question/dont tell, but refuses to initiate changing or repealing the actual law. He gives makes stimulus programs that are supposed to be helping those in need with the economic depression, but each curriculum has done not anything but just aid make the rich richer.
Dont get me incorrect, i didnt vote for his opponets either, and still reckon they would have been worse. But in my eyes, he is no different than any additional president who has taken advantage of their office to line the pockets of the rich and maintain the status quo.
